Redwood Hills LJ Mondo Tsunami – Suzie

American Alpine AA2453535

Suzie joined our herd in 2025 from Redwood Hills to introduce outcross genetics while still maintaining a connection to both Dicky and Sophie. She brings fresh bloodlines that complement our herd, enhancing genetic diversity while supporting the traits we value most.

She was selected not only for her pedigree but also for the qualities that make her an excellent match for Dicky. Suzie is notably wide for her size and demonstrates strong structural balance. We plan to breed her to Redwood Hills NSMR Klein Rich (Dicky) in the fall of 2026, with the goal of retaining her daughters to further enhance udder capacity, mammary systems, and overall dairy potential within our herd. We are eagerly anticipating her Suzie × Dicky kids in the spring of 2027 and the valuable contributions they will bring to the next generation of Dawnridge Ranch goats.

E/E – This doe has been DNA tested by the UC Davis Veterinary Genetics Laboratory for Alpha‑S1 Casein. The results help us understand how her genetics may influence the protein and fat levels in milk produced by herself and her daughters. Higher Alpha‑S1 Casein is associated with creamier milk and better cheese-making, while lower levels may be easier for some people to digest.
